CARE FOR OUR CITY
The Government has identified four areas for the next phase of COVID crisis relief in the social action realm - unemployment, homelessness, food and health. Money raised via the COVID Care Fund will be distributed to ministries and projects that work in these four areas.
CARE FOR OUR WORLD
We will also be contributing to the COVID-19 Crisis Fund provided by Newfrontiers churches to stand with those facing acute, extreme poverty at this time of crisis. In nations like Nigeria, Liberia and Pakistan, whole communities are beginning to go hungry and are in desperate need of emergency food and medical supplies. This will fund life-saving work by local churches who are embedded in those communities and able to respond quickly and sustainably.
Currently, the Fund is at over £500,000.
