Roots // Emmanuel Women's Day Conference

Saturday 15 March At The Clarendon Centre

Life is busy, and the challenges we face can leave us feeling drained and disconnected. At the Roots Women’s Day Conference, we invite you to pause, reconnect, and grow deeper in your walk with Jesus and relationships with other women at Emmanuel.

This year’s theme, Roots, is inspired by the call to be deeply rooted in God’s Word, His Spirit, and one another. Through inspiring talks, worship, and meaningful fellowship, we’ll explore what it means to:

  • Be rooted in the Word, drawing strength and wisdom from God’s truth.
  • Stay rooted in Christ, abiding in Him as the source of life and growth.
  • Build rooted connections in community, flourishing together as we encourage and support one another.

This is a day for you to step away from the noise and lean into God’s presence, discovering how being deeply rooted leads to flourishing, fruitfulness, and spiritual strength.

Whether you’ve been walking in faith for years or you’re just beginning to explore, this conference is for you. Together, we’ll discover how to grow strong, flourish, and bear much fruit in every season of life.

  2. Whilst the card is soaking, prepare a seed tray with potting compost.(Normal compost will be fine)
  3. Level off the compost and water.

  5. Place the seed tray in a propagator or cover with cling film and put in a warm, sunny place such as the kitchen window sill or conservatory
  6. Try not to let the card dry out. Gently spray with water if it looks like drying.

Speakers

Livy Gibbs
Livy lives in SE London with her husband Stu and their family of teen and adult sons. Stu & Livy are currently planting Redemption Church London, meeting on Sundays in London Bridge, and she is (mostly!) loving the adventure and challenges of pioneering, having previously planted Emmanuel Church London in Greenwich. She loves the power of the truth of God's word that brings freedom, and the way prophecy unlocks our hearts and enables us to walk into God's purposes in our lives.

Rachel Fellingham
Rachel grew up on a farm but moved to the big city in search of adventure. She met Luke on a joining the church family course (try Alpha) and eventually married him. She had 3 cute baby girls who grew up to be taller and smarter than her.
She currently works part time leading the Emmanuel foodbank teams and when she gets a chance she loves creating all sorts of things like songs and Lino prints and cakes and friends and usually lots of mess!
