It is important that you consider the best approach for your household when deciding whether to attend. Tickets need to be booked in advance and are limited to allow us to provide a COVID safe environment for everyone who attends. See below for more info.

BEFORE you book into a service:

  • Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll be able to join a waiting list if all tickets have already gone.
  • We would encourage those shielding or in the ‘at risk’ health categories not to attend a service and instead engage with our Sunday Livestream from home.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms or are feeling unwell, please do not come to church. Instead watch our online service.
  • At this stage, we do not have any provision for children or nursing mothers. However, if you have children who are able to sit safely in the building while the service is going on, we would welcome them sitting with you.
  • Please book a ticket for every member of your household (up to 6 people including children), and be aware that only members of your household will be seated together.
  • We want to assist the NHS track and trace system and therefore by reserving a seat at an Emmanuel service you agree that your details may be shared with NHS Test & Trace in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak. For more information see our privacy policy.

When you ARRIVE at a service:

  • You will be given a staggered arrival times - please arrive on time. If you arrive after the service has started we reserve the right to allocate your ticket to someone else.
  • On arrival, we will check your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser. You will need to wear a face-covering whilst you are inside the building.
  • You'll be guided to your allocated seats, and we ask you not to move from your seats until asked to do so at the end of the service. We have tried to create a seating layout that makes everyone feel as comfortable as possible. Seating will be arranged in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. Households and bubbles will of course be able to sit together.

DURING the service:

  • There will be no water points or refreshments available so please make sure to bring a water bottle and take it home with you afterwards. Please do not bring food to the service for hygiene reasons.
  • There will be toilet facilities available.
  • The doors will be open throughout the service so please do bring a coat.
  • Communion will take place at the service each week. Everyone will be offered bread and wine in a hygienic way, in accordance with current guidelines.
  • If you would like to give to the work of Emmanuel, there will be an opportunity to do so at the end of the service towards the exits. Speak to a member of the team if you have cash or a cheque and they will guide you through our new procedure.
